Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, YACHT sound similar to a hipster-indie-dance band from New York. Initially the work of Jona Bechtolt, the band has expanded to provide fans with a multi-dimensional live show that incorporates slideshow presentations. The band’s latest LP, See Mystery Lights is a critical success with such notables, Rolling Stone, PItchfork, The New York Times citing the band’s penchant for “Dreamy pop tracks that sound like artifacts from another planet” as stated by Billboard magazine.
