When the news broke that Tegan and Sara worked with international DJ, Tiesto, on his new album, people’s hearts raced.  Time to put down the pizza, and get ready for the new album by everyone’s favorite lesbian sisters.  As posted on their website, a “telegram” is sent from a cruise ship to present the album cover and track listing for the new album, “Sainthood”.  A handful of show dates were also announced for British Columbia, Los Angeles and New York.  The tracklist includes song titles such as, “Alligator”, “Paperback Heart”, and “Night Watch”.  Interestingly, ‘Sainthood’ will mark the first time Tegan and Sara composed songs together.  Guess prior to this, even their song-writing needed its own identity.  Barring any leaks or silly radio DJ’s airing it beforehand, “Sainthood” will be released October 27, 2009.
